Registered/Insured Mail is recommended. Cardboard Legends is not responsible for items lost/damaged in transit.
Clear signature instructions* should be included with item, including: - preferred pen type - signature location - authentication sticker location (if necessary)
*Best way to accomplish this is to mark items with either non-damaging sticky note or painter's tape.
We will make every attempt to ensure requests are made but are not guaranteed due to circumstances out of our control.
Without instructions, we will apply signature and stickers at most traditional locations based on your item.
Mail in items will be returned within 3-5 days of event.
