Cardboard Legends is proud to provide free Standard Shipping to all addresses in the US services by the US Postal Service. We also process orders quickly with most orders awaiting pick-up within 24 hours of receiving your order.

Expedited Shipping services are currently not available but may be coming soon! For items that require expedited or special handling circumstances, please call us direct at (818)342-8948 during regular business hours. (Mon – Sat 11AM to 5PM PST) We will do what we can to make things work for you.

Are you local to the Los Angeles area? Feel free to come in and pick up your item in person. We love talking memorabilia with anyone who will listen.

Returns

Your item doesn't meet your satisfaction? Something arrived in poor condition? Bought the same jersey that you already have in your closet? Gave a Yankee fan a Red Sox autograph by mistake? Returns are a part of business, and we understand that sometimes stuff just happens.

We are happy to accept return of any items for any reason for up to 30 days after receiving your order. Authentication provided by Cardboard Legends and any third party authenticators we may use are valid for the life of the item. Our goal is always 100% customer satisfaction, and while we may not always be able to achieve it in every case, we do try our best each and every time to get as close as possible.

If you do need to return an item, please contact us via the Customer Service link at the top of the page. Please make sure to specify the reason for the return (We won't laugh – we've heard lots of funny reasons so nothing will shock us) and make sure to pack the item well so it arrives back here safe. Insurance and tracking is strongly recommended.

If your item is damaged please take detailed photos which will help us fulfill any necessary carrier claims. We may have replacements available for some of our items, but many of our items are unique in nature so we will work on a case-by-case basis to ensure you are happy with the final result.
