Cardboard Legends takes great pride in both its customer service and reputation within the industry. We’ve designed some polices that both protect ourselves and our customers to ensure a safe and fair experience.
OUR PRODUCTS
BOXES/CASES
We only purchase our product from licensed wholesalers and direct from manufacturers. We sell the product as it is provided to us. Deceptive practices like box or case searching are not in the best interests of our customers. We want you to pull the good stuff so you’ll come back for more. Odds stated per box or per case come from the manufacturer, and like them, we provide no guarantee of ratio or quantity of hits. AUTOGRAPHED ITEMS
We do our best to provide you with the exact item in the photograph. In some cases, however, large quantities are available. In these circumstances, we attempt to photograph an item that trends towards the lower quality side (autograph quality, placement, etc.) providing most customers with items better than advertised.
RETURNS
We strive for 100% customer satisfaction. We also understand that sometimes issues arise. Customers have 7 days after receipt to return for a refund/exchange.
Our return policies vary depending on the products involved. Since many conditions may apply, returns will be decided on a case by case basis. Please contact us as soon as possible at customerservice@cardboardlegendsonline.com to begin the return process. Please include customer name, item title and order number with all correspondence.
Refunds will be given in method of payment made and will be processed once items are returned. The buyer pays shipping on returns unless there was an error/problem with your item (damage, Exchanges are also available for items with multiple quantities available.

PROCESSING & SHIPPING TIMES
Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days - sometimes even same day if ordered before 2PM PST! Larger items (framed items, etc) may take an extra day for safe packing. We send direct to the USPS and UPS from our store. Transit times vary depending on method of shipment and the carrier being used. Larger or non-standard orders/items may require additional processing time.
DOMESTIC SHIPPING
We ship primarily through USPS First Class, USPS Priority Mail and UPS Ground. Other services are available. Standard USA shipping is FREE for all items! If you require specific insurance amounts, please email prior to purchase so we can include those costs in your transaction.
PRIVACY POLICY
